Our wonderfully refurbished complex is situated in the heart of Obertraun. The spacious apartment (70 m² / 4 to 6 guests) offers a unique comfort that will meet all your requirements.

It consists of a bedroom, nursery, lounge with a double sofa bed, satellite tv, a fully equipped kitchen as well as toilet and bathroom with shower and bath. Bed-linen and towels are provided, parking is also available, and, in winter, you can make use of a ski boot dryer.

You will enjoy a panoramic view of the mountains from your holiday apartement, which is conveniently located: Bakery, supermarket and various restaurants are all within walking distance. The spa is a mere five-minute walk away and hiking trails and cross-country slopes are similary close by.

The bus stop for the free transfer to the skiing resort of Krippenstein and the surrounding areas (Gosau, Rußbach etc.) is just two minutes from your apartment.
